Vineet Nargolwala
Mr. Nargolwala was appointed Brady's President and CEO in June, 2026. He was elected to Brady's Board of Directors in 2022 and served as a member of the Technology and Management Development and Compensation committees. Mr. Nargolwala served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGM) from June 2022 to February 2025. Prior to joining Allegro, Mr. Nargolwala was with Sensata Technologies from 2013 to June 2022, most recently serving as the Executive Vice President, Sensing Solutions, from March 2020 to June 2022. Before joining Sensata, he was with Honeywell International, Inc., in business strategy and leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Nargolwala has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University, a master of science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas-Arlington and a master in business administration from Cornell University.
David Barker
Mr. Barker assumed the role of Group President, Intelligent Productivity Solutions, in August 2026 after Brady’s acquisition of Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions & Services business unit, where he served as president for three years. In that role, he led the global business and drove growth, innovation and software solutions across its portfolio of products and services. Mr. Barker spent more than 18 years with Honeywell, where he held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility across multiple regions and business segments, including leading their healthcare packaging business. Before joining Honeywell, Mr. Barker served as Managing Director of Prodieco Pharma Solutions, a leading MedTech manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry. During his 25-year tenure, he led the company's growth and expansion in global markets.
Mr. Barker holds an MSc in International business from Trinity College Dublin and studied mechanical engineering in the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Olivier Bojarski
Mr. Bojarski assumed the role of Group President, Identification Solutions, in August 2026. He joined Brady in August 2022 as President – Identification Solutions, before being appointed President, Americas and Asia in February 2023. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Bojarski held several positions of increasing responsibility at Belden Incorporated and served as Executive Vice President, Broadband and 5G from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Belden, Mr. Bojarski was General Manager of a business unit within the electrification division of ABB Ltd. Prior to joining ABB, Mr. Bojarski held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Panduit Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.
Brien Christopherson
Mr. Christopherson is Brady’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Transformation, leveraging his experience and knowledge of Brady’s technology road map, products and people to help shape Brady’s future. He has been with Brady for nearly 30 years, most recently as Vice President for Research and Development, where he led a global team of engineers. Mr. Christopherson’s career began as a polymer chemist, spending the first part of his career in new product development for Johnson Controls and Brady. He has also held a variety of sales and marketing roles focused on product marketing and product management and has led several acquisition processes, including the integration of new technologies into Brady’s portfolio. Mr. Christopherson holds a B.S in Chemistry from Marquette University and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Tom DeBruine
Mr. DeBruine was appointed to serve as Chief Operating Officer in June, 2024. He is responsible for Brady's overall operational performance and optimization of the Company's use of assets, information technology, and supply networks. In addition, he oversees Brady's sustainability efforts. He was appointed Vice President of Operations in 2022 and has been with Brady since 2000. Mr. DeBruine previously was the Director of Operations – Identification Solutions Americas, and prior to that held local, regional and global roles in manufacturing, procurement and engineering within the company. Prior to Brady, Mr. DeBruine held various operating leadership roles in automotive tier one supply and electric motor manufacturing industries. He holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
Andrew Gorman
Mr. Gorman joined Brady as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April, 2020. In this role, he is responsible for Brady's global legal function and serves as corporate secretary and adviser to Brady's Board of Directors and senior management team on all legal, risk, compliance and governance issues. Mr. Gorman previously served as Vice President, General Counsel (North America), Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary at AptarGroup. Before joining AptarGroup, he counseled a variety of corporate clients in private practice, including as an attorney at Mayer Brown, LLP in Chicago, where Mr. Gorman started his legal career. He holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Gorman is a Certified Public Accountant.
Danielle Schroeder
Ms. Schroeder leads Brady’s Human Resource function, where she is responsible for the company’s overall human resource strategy including global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR operations. She was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2022, and has been with Brady since 2015, most recently leading the Global Human Resource function for the Identification Solutions business. Since joining the Company she has been instrumental in integrating human resource initiatives into the strategic goals of the organization. Prior to Brady, Ms. Schroeder worked in various HR leadership roles for Uline Inc. from 2002 to 2015. She holds a bachelor’s in communications and public relations and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Eastern Illinois University.
Taylor Smith
As Chief Technology Officer for Brady, Mr. Smith leads a global technology team of 1,000 engineers and is responsible for new product development, on-going support and maintenance of Brady’s offerings and defining the technology innovation strategy to drive the future growth of Brady. Taylor’s background in heavily customer-facing roles has instilled a customer-first mindset and a strong bias toward customer collaborative design and innovation.
Prior to this, Taylor held numerous roles inside Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services, including chief marketing officer and chief technology officer. He joined Honeywell in 2008 through the Metrologic acquisition, Before Metrologic, he was a market analyst for Venture Development Corporation, a market research and consulting firm.
Taylor holds an MBA from Wake Forest University as well as a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, both from Dartmouth College.
Ann Thornton
Ms. Thornton was named as Brady’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in April, 2023 after serving as Brady’s Chief Accounting Officer since 2016 and Corporate Controller and Director of Investor Relations since 2015. She joined the Company in 2009 as Corporate Accounting Supervisor. Ms. Thornton held the positions of Corporate Accounting Manager, External Reporting Manager and Corporate Finance Manager from 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Thornton was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2009. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master of accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a certified public accountant.
Nicole Westenberger
Ms. Westenberger is Brady’s marketing leader responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing, ecommerce, and brand strategy across the globe. Prior to accepting this role in 2022, Nicole was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Ecommerce for Brady’s Identification Solutions business. Since joining the company in 2017, Nicole successfully developed multi-channel marketing and sales enablement initiatives that drove significant digital growth and deeper end-user engagement. Prior to Brady, Nicole worked in multiple ecommerce and marketing leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and CDK Global. Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University and her M.B.A from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
